I'd tell them, "It's a great place to live, close to the interstate, shopping and good eating places. :) The office personnel are fantastic people. I like how they help with problems immediately, are friendly and very nice to talk to. I'm glad I chose to move in here. Thank you Amy, Tenille, Mary, Dawn, and all whom I may have forgotten to name. :) :) :)

I love living at Grandridge. I loved the family type environment. Loved that if I had a problem they were always taking care of the situation within 24 hours unless it was an emergency then it was right away. I love the fact that the laundry room ins right outside of my door. I love the sparkling pool,.When the pool is open during the summer months you are gonna want to spend time their with your family. You can even have a cookout around the pool area. Love it! It feels like home to me.

I love it here. I have always recieve pompt service from maintenance and enjoy the cookies in the office.

Apartments are very peaceful and the community as a whole is veyr kid friendly and inviting.

I love my apartment! The floorplan is such an interesting layout and very spacious. Tons of closet space throughout and I love the area of town. I can definitely see myself here for a while.
